Keleigh Teller Shares Swimsuit Video From Portofino

Keleigh Teller is living her best life in Europe in her swimsuit. In one of her most recent social media posts, Miles Teller's gorgeous wife Keileigh shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while vacationing on the Mediterranean with her husband and friends Julia Garner and Mark Foster. "I found my love in portofino," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps and a video. How does the beauty maintain her fantastic physique? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.

Keleigh doesn't diet – even when her husband is trying to get in shape for a movie. "He was ripped and shriveled, but he was also boring. He wouldn't drink," the model told Us, laughing. "One time, I came home and I was in the middle of my training…and there's french fries — she had just ordered this burger or something. And I got so pissed off!" the actor added to Us. "I was like, 'Baby, you cannot be eating this crap in front of me! It's torture!'"

Keleigh and Miles are jetsetters and can regularly be found traveling to tropical locations around the world. One of their favorite activities is hiking to gorgeous waterfalls. "Ponds with soulmates 🪐🦋🌈🌈 thank you @zenobe for the best day of hiking these pool," she captioned this group shot. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Keleigh is a water baby. You can often find her jet skiing or boogie boarding. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Keleigh is also a cycler. There are many health benefits of cycling, per Mayo Clinic. "You'll get an amazing cardio workout that challenges your legs and core muscles with minimal stress to your joints. If your joints cannot take the impact of walking or running, cycling can decrease pain while increasing aerobic capacity," they explain.

Miles told Men's Health that he and his wife love to garden, which is a great form of exercise. "Keleigh and I both worked on our backyard and did some landscaping," he said about their favorite pandemic activity. "We planted a lemon tree, hydrangeas and a rose garden. Since we were staring at our backyard a whole lot more than usual, we wanted to add color."
